Sunny Spot Café

Aaaaaah, Spring is finally in the air! The sun is out, a warm breeze has replaced the biting wind. People are wearing fewer layers and happy to be outside. Today we ate at the aptly named Sunny Spot Café, a family-run classic diner. Menu options are expected, no tomfoolery here.

My Potato Lovers Breakfast could actually be named the Vegetable Lovers Breakfast. I was delighted to find spinach, tomatoes, bean sprouts, broccoli, mushrooms, zucchini all sautéed with my potatoes. It was tasty fare, and a good deal at $6.45. My partner had the Blueberry Pancakes with Sausage. As usual on a Sunday, if you show up before 10 a.m. you will easily find a seat. After that, you will find a packed house.
