Rocky Mountain Flatbread Co (Kits)

Rocky Mountain is well known for several things – their focus on using local and organic ingredients, being extremely kid-friendly, and their educational programs in the community. What they are lesser known for is breakfast. Pizza for breakfast? Well really, it is just bacon, eggs, and hash browns served on toast instead of with toast. And they offer great omelets, too.

My friends shared the Bacon Omelet and the Yukon Flatbread, while I enjoyed a Yukon Flatbread all to myself. The Yukon comes loaded with bacon, potatoes, scrambled eggs and Fontina served in a right-sized, single-person portion. My friends also delighted me when they suggested we share the Banana Chocolate Flatbread for breakfast dessert. Insiders tip: ask for extra bananas.

Thanks for the treat, you two. I love my friends.

First of all, you created an amazing blog! All the info we need and all very well organized.
Second, I would like to suggest you to make a page for questions and comments on your page, instead of having to make the comments on a specific restaurant entry.
Third, can you suggest me a brunch buffet, all you can eat, somewhere? My email is andyresende1976@hotmail.com
Fourth, keep up with the amazing work! Thank you very much!

Hi Andy,
Thanks for your great comments.
In terms of buffets, sadly, they are becoming fewer and farther between in this town. My favourite used to be the Latin-inspired brunch at the Four Seasons, but it no longer operates. Other buffets that have fallen by the wayside are Heron's at the Fairmont Waterfront and Dockside at Granville Island. It's understandable, as I imagine buffets are quite costly to run.
The only buffets that I am aware of that are still running are at Hotel Vancouver at Griffins and The Buffet at River Rock Casino. Of course, there are many dim sum options still happening. See my posts for each of the above for more details.
Happy breakfasting!

Would you review Marina Grill in North Vancouver? :)

Hi Anonymous, thanks for the suggestion, I will add it to my list. I don't see what I do as reviews as much as just a sharing of my adventures. Thanks!
